Sheraton Zagreb Hotel

It was not pleasant to me, that at settlement on card VISA it has been blocked 2200 кун, though calculation by cash Has been made immediately. In one of the subsequent 5 hotels of Croatia such were not. Money have not returned on Card till now.

spa centre not good / no jacuzzi available / no info about cap in the swimmingpool / towels with holes

It was a stop gap from our trip to Bosnia for one night, we had a walk to town and had lunch had dinner in hotel then flew back to uk next morning

Hotel is good situated, good breakfast, own big parking. Nice beds and pilows. Kind personal.

Furniture and rooms are a little bit old and need to be renovated. A little bit noisy is in the room.

i didnt like the hotel.its old and not organazied well.there was and smell not good

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, and the very classy hotel lobby. Also the hotel staff was very professional.

The fact that in the first room we got, we couldn't open the windows. The other room had windows that could just slightly be opened. Also the swimming pool wasn't available during the weekend.

Location of the hotel is just perfect. I walked leisurely to the uppertown with my family in the nice evening and find no difficulty to find way back to the hotel. The hotel staff assigned me and my children connecting rooms.

It was clearly tagged on the wall, our floor was A Non Smoking Floor, but my room (317) was badly smelled with that lousy cigarette smoke notice. The hotel charge too much for the daily parking fee for the car (240Hkn)

Free internet, Good location, Very nice breakfast (although too expensive), Good staff, very nice Gym Room and spa.

Some staff where polite. Free wifi and we were offered an upgrade to the Sheraton Preferred Guest rooms.

The rooms were small and very old (and we had been upgraded). Coffee machine in the room but no coffee. The hotel is in need to rennovation.

I consider the site of the hotel of huge advantege, as the main squere is located only 5 min walking distance.

I did't like to wait at the reception desk at the time of checking out to allow hotel staff to check in the room if I have used room-bar or not.

Disappointing....unkind staff, forcing the kindness. Rooms are not in accordance with the category of 5 stars taking into account that the La Meridien Lav also 5-star hotel from Starwood group. Sheraton was completely disappointed.

I stayed the Club room at the top flour, however no city mountain view. SPA was needed one day in advance booking. It is difficult to use for one day traveler.

Clean rooms and a good location.

During the weekend the pool is closed for cleaning reasons. Quite dissapointing if u're staying there in the weekend.

Quality of service; location; beds were comfortable;

They need an upgrade of their tv and movie system; otherwise no other comments;

Helpful staff; location adjacent to tram line; comfortable room
